What is the workflow process?

Once you contact me and fill out the Design Request Form, I’ll review the form and ask you any additional questions and give you a time frame. I’ll create 1-3 mockups of ideas based on your form. I’ll send you a proof and we will work together for edits and corrections. Once you are happy with the edits, you will send me your approval. I will send you an invoice. Once payment is made, I will email you the final files within 24hrs of payment (the exception being weekends - I don’t always work on weekends).

Note: Most of the communication you will receive from me will literally be between 7pm - 2am (central).

How long does it take?

Depending on the complexity of the project and my normal day-to-day schedule (quick reminder: I’m a mom to a tiny toddler terror and still working a corporate 9-5 job), it could take me a week to a month to get the first proofs to you. However, I am a perfectionist so my proofs are fairly polished. The turnaround time after the first proofs for edits is usually between 3-5 days.
As mentioned in the first question, once I get your form, I’ll contact you with any additional questions. This is also where I’ll be able to tell you roughly how long it will take me.

How much does it cost?

For design projects, I’m working off an hourly rate. I use a timeclock program to accurately keep track of hours. My current rate is $25/hour.

How do I pay you?

I currently accept payments through PayPal and Venmo. I will hopefully have more options in the near future.
I send all invoices through PayPal so you can pay directly there but if you want to pay via Venmo, just let me know so I can mark it correctly in the system.
Yes, I do offer payment plans because I know all too well how tight paychecks can get, especially now.
